Drinking tea keeps memory loss at bay!

A study has revealed that regular consumption of tea reduces the risk of memory loss in the elderly by 50% when compared to those who don't have tea.Further, the same habit lowered the impairment from Alzheimer's disease by 86% Researchers at National University of Singapore furthur claimed that these effects are not limited to a particular type, as long as the tea is bewered from tea leaves.
