Pro-Islamic state poster surface in Bihar

In what can be termed as a terrifying news, poster inviting youths to join Islamic state (ISIS) have reportedly surfaced in Bihar's Rohtas district on saturday. The posters placed on electric poles, were noticed at Sikrauli Bigha viilage in the state of nauhatta block, 230 km from Patna. the poster read, " ISIS come to bihar and please new boys to join(sic)."
