We all know that vegetables are loaded with vitamins and minerals, what we wouldn't know is that they relieve that end of the day stress too. As per a new study those who eat between 3 and 4 daily serving of vegetables had a 12% lower risk of stress than those who only ate one serving or less. Veggies help to increase the production of mood stabilizers like serotonin and dopamine.
