A UK man has been left confused and frustated that his licence has been renewed eith this chaildhood photo.

Chrles Wade Palmer(22) admitted using his childhood photo when he applied for his licence when he was 16. Although he sent his current photo to updatehis licence, he was shocked to see that the Licence Authority had reused the old photo instead.
